Orders are available for curbside pick-up Monday through Friday. At this time, we will only be offering delivery to Darien Residents.

Orders submitted by 12 pm Sunday* through Thursday will be packed the following business day.  Orders received after 12 pm cannot be guaranteed next day service. We will only be accepting 60 orders per day.

Once your order has been received, a grocery concierge will call to get a credit card number for payment and to confirm your pick-up/ delivery date.

*Please note, no phone orders on Sundays.

FEES

You will be charged a $7.50 grocery picking fee for this service. There will no longer be volunteer pickers as we’ve been able to hire full-time help. There is no need to tip, unless you feel someone has gone above and beyond.

As we are not set up for online shopping, we will not be able to provide you with a total for your order until it is completed. Your credit card will be charged before pick up/delivery and a detailed receipt will accompany your order.

WHAT’S AVAILABLE

Due to current demand, we cannot guarantee that every item on your list will be available. Please specify your brand, size, and quantity on each item. We will contact you if we can make substitutions for an out-of-stock item. Please note that if items are missing from your order, there is nothing available in that category.

FOR CURBSIDE PICKUP

Once your order has been filled, your grocery concierge will call to let you know that it is ready. Your order must be picked up within 1 hour of this notification as we have limited refrigeration capacity and cannot store orders. When you arrive at Palmer’s pull in front of the store and call 203-655-2077 EXT 0 and our team will bring the groceries out and load them into your car.

If you do not pick-up within an hour of notification, the groceries will be returned to the shelf and your credit card will be refunded for the total amount minus a $25 cancellation fee.

FOR DELIVERY

Delivery is only available in Darien (06820) and Glenbrook (06906) for a flat $10 fee. Deliveries will go out between 10 am and 2 pm.  Your grocery concierge will contact you prior to delivery.

Our driver will ring your doorbell and place your groceries at the door. In order to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone, delivery drivers will not enter your home or unpack your groceries.

Palmer’s will not be responsible for groceries left unattended.
